中国土木工程学会土力学及岩土工程分会简报（第30期）
1、第4届岩土工程安全与风险研讨会（the 4th International Symposium on Geotechnical Safety and Risk, 4th ISGSR）于2013年12月4-6日在香港科技大学召开，这是继 2007年第一届（中国上海）、2009年第二届（日本岐阜Gifu）和2011年第三届（德国慕尼黑Munich）的又一次研讨会。研讨会由香港科技大学、岩土工程安全网络 (GEOSNet) 、ISSMGE - TC 304风险评估和管理工程实践技术委员会、和ISSMGE - TC 205岩土工程设计中的安全与适用性技术委员会主办，土力学及岩土工程分会作为协办单位。来自20个国家和地区约150位代表参加了研讨会。研讨会组织了7个主题报告，50个分会场报告，并以此纪念已故的Wilson Tang教授。研讨会出版了论文集，收录了76篇论文。
